Each Wednesday, After School Club runs from 3.30pm until 4.30pm. The pupils have the opportunity to play a variety of Sporting activities. The session is run by school staff. This club aims to develop individual skills, promote independence, enhance communication and listening skills, focus on working together as part of a team and developing knowledge and understanding of sports including, rounders, cricket, dodgeball.
Parents collect their children from school at 4.30pm.
Football Club 2024-25
The new term has started with a new team for the 2024-25 season. The children have been enjoying football club this half term. They have been getting to know each other and learning how to move and travel with the ball. The children have also been involved in several team building games and learning how to dribble, travel and then shoot at the goal. They have been having lots of fun!!
Week 2 - This week we started with some circuit training to build up our resilience. The children practiced 'passing' and 'striking'. We took it in turns to practise our Goalkeeping skills. We had lots of fun!!
All the children trained really hard for the first session of the Football Club. After a pre-session warm up, the children began working on developing their ball skills and communication. We had lots of fun on the New All Weather Pitch.
