Stephen Lorimer works in Jumping Frogs.
In Jumping Frogs pupils participate in balance activities that stimulate the inner ear, such as balancing on the wobble board, swinging on the flying saucer swing, rocking back and forth on the big red ball and going in the womb swing. Through these activities the children receive vestibular input. In Jumping Frogs the children also receive proprioceptive input and deep pressure through adapting the activities. These activities all help to regulate children's sensory processing needs which aids in their engagement and readiness to learn when they go back to class.
